This individual will be responsible for filing, retrieving, delivering, and maintaining patient records and related files. In addition, they will process patient requests for duplicate records; collect payments and respond to routine inquiries for information regarding services, fees, hours and procedures.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Up to 6 months of office experience.
Experience in a record keeping area.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):
Good organizational skills. Ability to look up information in a database and perform basic data entry. Ability to operate basic office equipment (photocopy/fax machine).
