One of the world's largest and most recognizable pharmaceutical companies is expanding their Medical Affairs Organization and needs a team of Medical Science Liaisons. This dynamic organization is creating a new team with the expected launch of a "high-science" biologic. A second high-potential drug is right on the heels of this one, and this new team will support both products. Most MSLs would love to be a part of a pre-launch team, but they don't want to take on the risk of going to a start-up company. Here is your opportunity to have the pre-launch experience and start-up feel, without the associated risk.
In this newly created position you will assist in developing early adopters and advocates for this high-potential biologic. Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, you will establish professional relationships with thought leaders, academic institutions and managed care communities. The core of the work will be presenting critical medical and scientific information to these external entities. While in the field, you will uncover unmet medical, educational, and research needs within the medical community.
As part of your field duties, you will also represent the company at medical meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and outreach meetings at key institutions. The winning candidate will serve as a liaison for the review, submission, execution, and completion of Investigator Initiated Study proposals as well. Overnight travel is estimated at 20-40%.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
• M.D., Pharm.D. or Ph.D. required
