Responsible for the transcribing of medical dictation from the physicians on the Medical Staff. Types of dictation include history and physicals, consultations, operative reports, Cardio Vascular Lab reports, cardiac catheterizations, letters from the Medical Staff physicians, and other miscellaneous reports. All work is carried out in accordance with the Health Information Management and CHS approved policies and procedures.
