The MEDICARE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE assists members with questions and issues related to their coverage with VIVA Medicare Plus, primarily via telephone in a call center environment.

Position Requirements

•Two years of call center or related experience
•High School diploma or GED
•Excellent customer service skills demonstrated through written and verbal communication
•Ability to work occasional overtime to meet project deadlines
•Ability to work under pressure and perform with minimal supervision

•Two years of college
•Two years experience in Medicare Advantage customer service
•Experience working with the elderly population
