A Meeting Services Technology Analyst … Supports the Global Videoconference and Webcasting service and events. We are looking for a person who is knowledgeable with a variety of VC and Webcast Technologies (Polycom. Accordant, Tandberg, Cisco, etc.) and how they are used for meetings as well as large scale events.
Supports the following services
- HD/SD Video Conferencing
- Desktop integrated video conferencing
- Audio conferencing
- Data conferencing (WebEx, LiveMeeting)
- VC-scheduler (database) - Webcasting
- multiple monitoring systems (network, system)
Ensures services are delivered according to customer service levels in a transparent, reliable and flexible process with a strong customer focus.
Provide Video Conferencing support either by phone or in person Provide Webcast/Conferencing support either by phone or in person Document Problem and incidents related to Video Conferencing Services within a ticketing system.
Ability to support Global Executives professionally and with the upmost confidentiality.
Works in a professional manner at all times and maintains a consistent image of the Global service, through open communication, reliability, high availability and promotes the values and benefits of a global service organization.

We are looking for a Meeting Services Technology Analyst who endeavors to delight our customers and who has a solid background in Event Coordination that includes webcasting, video conferencing, collaboration technolgies and able to support customers with desktop integrated communication technologies.
Our Meeting Services Technology Analyst needs to have a thorough understanding of a variety of VC and Webcast options and solutions. We need a person who works well with customers and a team (both locally and globally) and who is also capable follow up on tasks independently.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in operating video conferencing systems in a professional environment
- Demonstrated experience in video and webcasting technologies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in English and as a global company other languages like Spanish, Chinese or German are a plus
- Strong customer and service orientation
