What We Need

The Member Outreach Executive will be responsible for selling ContextMedia's platforms to physician practices and hospitals nationwide predominantly through phone sales. You will provide insight and understanding into prospect decision-making, questions and concerns. Candidates must be able to explain the benefits of our products and services with a values-­‐based sales approach. To do this you must develop a deep understanding of the company and its business model, as well as its networks’ features, benefits and principles in order to communicate these to members. The position will also require attending industry conferences and events, traveling for sales meetings, and participating in networking events. You cannot be scared to pick up a phone and/or introduce yourself in network settings.

Who We Need
An intelligent, hard-working, and detail-oriented individual who has two or more years of sales experience. This individual should have an understanding of a sales process. We need individuals who have the natural ability to build relationships over short periods of time by being clear with concise usage of words to engage and excite prospective members on the phone. To be blunt, we need go-getters who take pride in their sales but are open to learning and growing over time.

What You Need
Must possess a lot of positive energy, self-initiative and a can-do attitude! Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and interfacing with a diverse group of team members. You need to be comfortable being on the phone for several hours each day. Strong communication skills required, both verbal and written. This is an evolving sale, you must able to adjust your sale on the fly and not be set in your own sales ways. You need to be able to work within a team dynamic, if you like to work alone in a quiet environment, this is not the roll for you.
