1 year financial call center experience or similar experience in a customer service position, preferably within a financial institution
Bilingual- English/Spanish strongly preferred
Type 30 or better corrected wpm
Good communication and telephone skills required
PC skills and calculator by touch skills preferred
The MSR position requires certification within six months.
Successful completion of the Customer Service Pre-screen test
This position requires prescreen testing. Applicants may be asked to schedule pre-screen testing.
Monday - Friday : 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. (variable shifts )
Saturdays: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Respond to, and initiate member inquiries/requests by telephone, mail, and in person in an efficient and timely manner ensuring member satisfaction and retention
Answer telephone calls in a call center environment and assist callers with services and sales information
Analyze and resolve problem situations or offers other options
Accept loan applications and retrieve loan requests
Research member requests for information
Perform outbound calling
