What We Need

The Member Services Executive will be responsible for proactively building strong relationships with our member clinics to understand their needs, capture feedback and to help improve our product offerings to benefit patient-physician communication. This position requires extensive phone interaction, relationship management skills and expertise coordinating between departments and member clinics. The Member Services Department helps to orchestrate the hundreds of moving parts required to get our networks installed and operating at healthcare sites nationwide.

Who We Need
An intelligent, hard-working, and detail-oriented individual who has two or more years of sales and/or account management experience. This individual should have an understanding of how to interpret needs and problems into opportunities. We need someone who has the natural ability to build relationships on the phone and in person. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment and continuously aspires to find creative and cutting-edge ways to make our product and process even better. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in their work, has excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. And most importantly, you must be committed and share our desire to please our customers!

What You Need
Must possess a lot of positive energy, self-initiative and a can-do attitude! Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and interfacing with a diverse group of team members. You need to be comfortable being on the phone for several hours each day. Strong communication skills required, both verbal and written. This position is part product development and with a core focus on relationship building and management. You need to have the ability to sell and manage accounts while working in a team dynamic to find creative solutions for our members and products.
