The Member Services Representative is a high profile customer service and data-entry position dedicated to deliver beyond our partner’s and member's expectations. The position is primarily responsible for member assistance concerning membership account inquires and serving as a liaison between the clubs and the Support Center.

Job Responsibilities:
Validate and Enter Membership agreements

Post and Process Point of Sale Transactions

Post daily deposit

Process credit card transactions

Process Membership Paperwork

Paperwork filing

Organize and maintain electronic and paper clerical records for department

Field member phone calls

Assist with all member issues

Assist with special projects and assignments as needed

Maintain accuracy of database

Maintain confidentiality

Financial Service

Monitor Receivables and Credit Report (ATB)

Collect on Accounts Receivables items

Process involuntary cancellations

Process payments

Enter billing changes

Post adjustment transactions

Process refund requests

Audit membership billing records pre-draft

Review and process financial reports

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma

Experience:
2 years experience in customer service and accounting experience

Specific Skills:
Excel, Word, 10 Key

Accounting skills, data-base knowledge, computer skills, communication skills, ability to multi-task, phone etiquette

Supervisory Responsibilities, if any:
None
