The Member Services Department serves as the primary point of contact for caregivers and parents.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high expectation environment with some flexibility in starting time if needed.
Strong first impression presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proven problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to brainstorm, write and revise customer facing content; this includes site FAQs, email responses and phone scripts.
Ability to optimize FAQ search.
Strong multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize.
Ability to manage a heavy and differing workload.
Previous experience within a web based company preferred.
Prior experience in content management (Zendesk a plus).
Web 2.0 knowledge, a plus.
College degree preferred.
