Member Service Assistant Member Service Assistant Summary :HEW Federal Credit Union is a dynamic, mid-sized, credit union in the Washington, DC area. We are seeking a Member Service Assistant with EXPERIENCE IN CREDIT UNIONS OR BANKING FIELD. The chosen candidates primarily responsibility will be to help build and retain membership by providing exceptional customer service in response to inquiries in person, by phone, email, or mail. The individual will follow established procedures to handle a broad variety of member issues including, but not limited to, account maintenance, research and problem resolution.
