Member Success Manager (Sell-Side)
The Sell-Side Member Success Team Associate will be responsible for execution of Intralinks’ global sales and client relationship management strategy for investment banks and M&A advisory firms for Intralinks’ new deal exchange offering. The Sell-Side Member Success Associate will be responsible for covering a broad range of accounts within a pre-determined geographic area, with a specific focus on driving usage, content creation, intra-firm adoption, and handling client varying client needs.

About the Team
The Member Success Team is an integral component of Intralinks’ comprehensive global growth strategy for DealSpace’s deal exchange product. The Member Success Team operates on the front lines, cultivating new clients and nurturing relationships with existing ones in the fast-paced mergers & acquisitions industry. Via intensive, white glove client relationship management, the Member Success Team builds long-term relationships with its M&A clientele, drives adoption, new member development, content creation, and sales and renewals of the product’s premium services.
Oversee complete lifecycle management of sell-side accounts (i.e. investment banks and M&A advisory firms) within a given portfolio; including but not limited to:
Driving content creation
New member registration
Ongoing client relationship management
Intensive phone-based outreach with new & existing clients
Accurate reporting within CRM system
Occasional coordination with Intralinks’ global direct sales team on business development initiatives
Ad hoc reporting/analysis as necessary
3 Years of Experience
Experience in sales and/or client relationship management a must
Understanding of capital markets – particularly the mergers & acquisitions industry – a plus
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SalesForce and/or SugarCRM
Travel < 10%
Passionate, self-starting, results-driven personality
Excellent interpersonal skills
