Spirent has helped the customer setup a mobile device testing lab in China that will test acoustics and radio frequency performance of the device. This individual will be responsible for supporting the successful operation of the customer Lab in Beijing.  Provide customer support on all issues related to Spirent’s products in the customer Lab  Perform Quarterly calibrations of the lab at the customer lab facility  Handling, processing, and routing technical support calls  Investigation, collection and documentation of case information, configurations, log files  Train the customer lab personnel to run Spirent F4L tests in their lab  Train the customer lab personnel on new tests inducted in Spirent’s F4L programs  Authoring training documents for tests to be performed in the customer Lab *LI-WG1

Job Requirements:
 An energetic self-starter, who is team oriented and enjoys working with people on all levels.  Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering  2 or more years of experience working in an acoustics or radio frequency testing lab  Good understanding of the fundamentals of acoustics, noise cancellation and radio frequency concepts  Ability to write required reports, correspondence and training manuals  Initiative in maintaining and improving the level of service, by highlighting issues or possible issues and recommend steps required to resolve it.  Meticulous attention to detail  Multi-tasking: ability to prioritize work with very little supervision while working with tight deadlines  Excellent customer service skills  Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
