DESCRIPTION

Support membership activities with the purpose of increasing memberships and retaining current memberships. This includes data clean up to improve marketing communication channels, work on improving membership benefits and benefits communications, and the creation of new small social and business enhancement events.

DUTIES

Exemplify the AIAG Core Values: Customer Driven - Deliver world-class customer service and satisfactionTeamwork - Foster constructive departmental and interdepartmental relations Objectivity - Produce measureable improvement in key departmental processesBias for Action - Set priorities and deliver complete, accurate, and timely resultsLearn and understand AIAG member driven initiatives, AIAG products, and servicesField calls and questions about membership and AIAG products, initiatives, events, and servicesSupport and participate in the review and enhancement of member benefitsCreate new social and business events to support and enhance targeted need of membersSupport the rewrite of membership processes and use these same processes to sell membership and maintain member dataCollect and monitor membership related metricsEvaluate metrics and member feedback to make membership related recommendations to changes in benefits and processes as they relate to increasing and retaining membershipsAttend AIAG and industry events to support the event and/or promote membershipWork closely with marketing, program, and customer service teams on membership related activitiesOther duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
