Maintain the professional and organized appearance of locker rooms. Attendants should provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
•Ensure the assigned locker room is clean and orderly by completing both light and heavy cleaning
•Perform various reoccurring maintenance tasks
•Build relationships with members by providing them with top-notch customer service
•Ensure operations projects and tasks do not interfere with member experience
•Check supplies to guarantee adequate availability, and address Supervisor to order new supplies when necessary.
•Report and document safety hazards, potentially hazardous conditions, and unsafe practices and procedures.
•Monitor patrons' facility use in order to ensure that rules and regulations are followed, and safety and order are maintained.
•Procure beverages, food, and other items as needed.
•Activate emergency action plans and administer first aid, as necessary.
•Other reasonable duties as assigned by Food & Beverage management.
-Prior experience in a country club or upscale health club, preferred
-Prior experience in housekeeping/maintenance, preferred
-Excellent presentation and service orientation
-Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
