Seeking independent self starters to serve as Field Service Representatives to troubleshoot, repair and/or clean various rental machines for one or more customers in designated/assigned big-box stores. We are looking for highly motivated and energetic candidates that thrive in a fast paced professional environment. This will be a Part time position to start and turn into a Full time position in the future.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot/Repair. Provide product knowledge and process training to store personnel and end-user customers as required. Maintain and test electrical components. Troubleshoot related field issues. Comply with company safety standards. Assist with resolution of customer complaints in a timely manner; notify management of problems and suggest corrective actions. Apply technical knowledge of vendor products and services to best meet customer needs. Answer customer technical and sales questions.

SKILLS:
The ideal candidate must possess excellent oral, written, organizational and technical communication skills. Candidate must be computer proficient. Must have reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license, must be able to pass background/drug screening

EDUCATION/TRAINING:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE:
Previous major retail chain store experience, maintenance and/or mechanical repair experience preferred.
