Description/Job Summary SUMMARY
Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store to attract attention of prospective customers by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for follow-up on scheduled merchandise booking secured by Sales Department personnel.
Responsible for scheduled maintenance and repair of permanent point of sale in retail accounts.
Maintenance of area for current and up to date point of sale.
Responsible for printing Day Glos, price cards and banners for retail accounts at request of Sales Department personnel.
Responsible understanding and compliance with all company quality assurance guidelines.
Responsible for adhering to all company policies and state laws and regulations.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding
and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
