Mercy College is looking for current students or recent graduates of local community colleges to act as a temporary liaison between their respective community college and Mercy College's admission's office. Mercy College is looking for liaisons for the following community colleges: Nassau Community College; Suffolk Community College; Rockland Community College; Bergen Community College; Westchester Community College; Bronx Community College; Hostos Community College; Dutchess Community College, Queensborough Community College; LaGuardia Community College; and Kingsborough Community College.

To be considered for this exciting employment opportunity the liaison must be able to develop relationships with their fellow community college students and influencers and generate inquiries, applications and registrations from prospective associate degree candidates only. S/he will assist Mercy College by supporting recruitment fairs, events, and a variety of admission's responsibilities.

The student must be able to independently coordinate admissions-related activity to meet specific new student enrollment goals for Mercy College's programs and collaborate with Mercy College Admissions Office to attain enrollment targets. S/he must be able to convert inquiries to applicants and applicants into enrolled students. S/he will assist and lead transfer counselors to identify and recommend qualified students through relationship and team building and proactive outreach and develop relationships with college transfer counselors in order to generate inquiries and attain recruitment goals. This is a temporary part-time employment opportunity (10-15 hours per week) and the pay is commensurate with experience.

Education Required or Min Education Required:
A student must have a minimum of thirty (30) college credits in progress to participate in this program.
