Thompson Technologies has an immediate need for a Messaging Platform Engineer with specific Lotus Notes Exchange Migration experience for our client in Atlanta, GA. The person in this role will be responsible for providing design for all Messaging & Collaboration systems deployed for the client.
Required Skills:
5-7 years of experience working with Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration systems (Exchange 2007 and 2010, MS Lync Server, SharePoint 2010, MS Forefront, etc.)
Strong knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS and LDAP.
Strong knowledge of key communications protocols such as SMTP, SIP & RTP.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server Operating System fundamentals, administration, and scripting languages.
Exposure/experience with Lotus Notes
At least 2 years of experience administering and/or supporting a multi-server Messaging and Collaboration implementation.
