As a Metrics Analyst II you will be responsible for running business performance, risk and operational analytics.
You’ll need to deliver accurate and timely reporting to senior level management to aid in business decisions.
Extracting data from necessary sources and using systems along with your technical/analytical skills will allow you to produce these reports.
You’ll also be required to analyze the accuracy of data trends and reporting measures.
Being responsible for the development and risk quantification metrics to help assess credit, operational, and/or other risks as well as overseeing the implementation of portfolio management and risk assessment tools across various segments and businesses are critical components of this position.
Both require a detailed understanding of the underlying data structures and efficient means to utilize available data for complex quantitative analysis.
You will also be asked to participate in cross-functional teams related to the introduction of new technologies, reports, and analysis in addition to being responsible for updating and maintaining historical databases.
Candidate should have a bachelor degree and majored in Business, Finance or related field.
Three to five years of related experience is required.

Solid analytical/problem solving ability.
Strong Microsoft office (excel) skills.
Strong written and oral communication, analytical and documentation skills.
Banking/Financial services experience and experience with financial modeling preferred.
Mortgage experience strongly preferred.
