Job Summary:
The Sales Manager builds, manages, and leads a high activity consultative sales department that generates sales for new clients through the use of telephone, video, e-mail, and Internet. The Manager develops and monitors sales goals and processes and consistently meets or exceeds sales goals.

Create, manage, mentor and retain a consultative sales team.
Develop and achieve sales goals and sales processes.
Retain existing clients.
Complete required administrative functions.

Bachelor's degree

3 years of experience managing hunter representatives who generate new client business

Knowledge, Skill, Abilities:
Excellent leadership and management skills
Bilingual skills preferred, Spanish and Portuguese highly desireable
Ability to implement policies and processes which ensure high performance and team efficiency
Strong written/verbal/presentation skills
Excellent time management skills

Extensive account knowledge and current use of Solutions
Consultative communication skills to identify communication needs, problems, pain points
Ability to build rapport with the client over the telephone
Working knowledge of all Solutions product features and benefits
Presentation and meeting facilitation skills through conferencing products

High degree of credibility, sales expertise and confidence
Effective relationship building skills with internal departments
Immediate and urgent responsiveness to a client's needs, internally and externally

Proficiency in and regional internal systems
Working knowledge of sales supporting documents such as Customer Service Agreements (CSA's, Subscriptions, Flat Rate, etc.)
Proficient in use of tools including Microsoft Office and sales database tools at the intermediate level
