This position is responsible for leading business owners and project teams throughout the contracting process, including negotiation, contract development and approval, centralized management for technology vendor relationships and agreements. This position will realize direct and indirect cost reductions through the implementation of vendor management processes, policies and procedures, and by establishing an overall technology sourcing strategy and the supporting vendor relationships and agreements.

Experience with establishing revenue, digital and technology agreements including, but not limited to the following: Non Disclosure Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and End User License Agreements.
Strong negotiation, facilitation skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of IT and business area staff.
Ability to translate business and technology requirements into technology agreements
Proficiency in creating and negotiaing legally binding agreements, demonstrating comprehension of contractual risks, with an adept ability to mitigate issues and risks.
Excellent team player with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and reach consensus.
Ability to develop business cases to justify technology investments.

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
Minimum of 8-10 years experience with a wide base of expertise in digital, revenue and technical disciplines.
Previous digital media industry experience or cross-industry experience a plus.
