Job Description:

Provide Talent Acquisition leadership and support to Raytheon IIS in Northern Virginia in support of the MIssion Operations Solutions Product Line. Candidate will work with executives, senior leaders and HR business partners in a technology and engineering matrixed environment.

Candidate will manage engineering and Intel-related recruiting requirements for one of the key businesses within Raytheon IIS. Individual selected will partner with management to staff the organization overseeing areas that include; interview/selection process to evaluating employment factors such as job experience, vertical mobility, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, leadership qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.

Directs offer negotiations between company representatives and prospective new hires.

Utilizes customer referrals and military/classified program experience to attract candidates to Raytheon job opportunities.

·

Participates in marketing and recruiting events as a subject matter expert for staffing Intel related skillsets

Specific responsibilities include:
Oversee day to day activity of recruiting team and provide onsite support to customer base and other HR partners.

Manage assigned requisitions, to include candidate flow/data entry in applicant tracking system

Understand and drive human-centric, relationship-based approach to recruiting Intel candidates

Facilitate the executive recruiting process with the assigned IIS recruiters

Oversee sourcing strategies for Intel professionals required to staff requisitions within assigned business group(s).

Ensure the cultivation and continuance of excellent relationships between the TA team, human resource partners, and hiring managers

Works in a fast-paced, high energy, collaborative hiring environment, where recruiting and hiring decisions are made quickly and diligent follow up is necessary

Establish and execute training programs in recruiting knowledge, skills, and techniques

Support and promote the Employee Referral Incentive Program process

Advise and emphasize best practices for site staffing processes and procedures with a specific focus on OFCCP compliance, post-government conflict of interest, and other legal requirements related to employment

Partner with company executives, hiring managers, security, and HR generalists to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline

Create reports and metrics to measure recruiting cycles and hiring success

Support new hire orientation and onboarding activities

The successful candidate will have the following Required Skills:

·

Minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition (TA) experience with supervisory responsibilities

·

Familiarity with Intel related skillsets and key players within the intelligence community

·

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·

Must be an organized team player, show initiative and be results-oriented

·

Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership. Must be able to build effective working relationships with a broad range of styles and at all levels in the organization

·

Familiarity with HR systems to include applicant tracking & web based hiring

·

Must be innovative, agile and a strong change agent who seeks opportunities for improvement, and will be results-oriented

·

Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously

·

Must possess excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills

·

Must be highly organized and detail-oriented

·

Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle proprietary information appropriately

·

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and scheduling tools

·

Ability to travel

·

Prior experience in the recruitment of cleared candidates

·

Ability to supervise and mentor recruiting staff.

Clearance Requirement:
Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance is required. US Citizenship required.

Desired Skills

:

Specific experience using PeopleSoft and/or Kenexa

·

Corporate HR/Staffing experience

Required Education

: Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or human resources; Additional ten (10) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
