Develop, execute and manage the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. IAM team is responsible for identity lifecycle management for all internal and external users requiring access into the Shands Jacksonville hospital systems. Position includes leading development and implementation of short and long-term Identity Management strategy, including Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and automated processes for creation, maintenance and termination of accounts. Manager must lead and coordinate identity related activities between security, application, data, system and network teams; support authentication security processes and related activities for IAM projects: Serves as point of contact for internal and external audits. Lead and coordinate cross-departmental teams to define an integrated framework, including standards for RBAC in new and existing applications and directories. Review deliverables to ensure adherence to standards. Responsible for developing and maintaining the annual budgets. Maintain and recommend procedural improvements for staff as it pertains to customer service excellence. Serve in a leadership role on the development of their team.
Position Minimum Requirements
Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree in an applicable field preferred. Minimum of 3 years supervisory or significant project management experience and familiarity with change management processes required. Three to five years of IT management or project managementm experience required. Five to six years of professional IT experience required. Healthcare information systems background preferred.
