Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
Design leader with outstanding creative ability to assume a leadership role with staff, setting clear-cut strategic objectives for success that aligns with those of the company and to support marketing programs and presentations that will differentiate the CVS Caremark Brand. These programs and presentations are critical to help achieve the company’s annual revenue and profit objectives. This position will be dedicated to the new Enterprise Adherence Initiative, working closely with Product Marketing and a dedicated writer.
The position will be part of an internal marketing agency and lead the creative designers. Also responsible for preparing visual presentations and other components of integrated marketing plans by designing art and copy layouts for visual marketing media produced by CVS Caremark. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of how to communicate conceptually, how to make use of typography, colors, illustration, and photography together to graphically represent the CVS Caremark brand. The candidate will be working directly with the Enterprise Adherence Team. Required Qualifications:
This position will lead the design development for all of the Adherence Team initiatives including but not limited to performing the following functions; Assume a leadership role with staff, setting clear-cut strategic objectives for success that align with those of the company Create high quality designs for our B2B marketing collateral across all medium, including print and digital output. Applies knowledge of layout, typography and style sheets within designs. Create and maintain campaign designs with a consistent look, feel, and tone from creative concept to final production. Support the development of all internal and external B2B presentations Support all marketing material for all the pilot and product activity related to enterprise needs Support team at all Industry events where presentations or collateral is required Support submission for all awards, including URAC, etc. Supports data presentation for most effective way to present results and metrics Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage time and workload effectively and efficiently (works on multiple projects simultaneously) Maintain internal naming conventions, digital file organization as well as follow internal processes. Prepare and set up files for final output for commercial printers (proper use of bleeds, folds, panel sizes, and gutters) as well as upload files to FTP site. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint including thorough knowledge of using themes and master slides, working with charts and graphs, and typesetting Apply and maintain company identity and branding standards Lead daily departmental tasks and maintenance in print and web mediums Proficience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign( HTML a plus) current Mac and Windows platforms Perform other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare is helpful, but not required. Education:
Bachelors degree in design or equivalent work experience 5 years supervising a design staff 10 years experience as a graphic designer Business Overview:
