Manages the data and voice networks and equipment, data center facilities, all server platforms, all storage and SAN environments, printing and end user devices. All of this infrastructure is used to support SHC applications through several service departments; WAN/LAN, Telecom, Desktop Systems, Hardware Support, Microcomputer support, Data Center and Serve Management, Administration and Monitoring, Enterprise and Solution Architecture, Printing Services and Data Base management. Directs the activities of the personnel regarding these areas relative to the maintenance of existing systems, implementation of new systems and in the execution of policies and procedures leading towards SLA achievement and performance availability targets. This position interacts with and assists personnel in all levels, researches and budgets all relevant technologies to support the needs and requirements of Scottsdale Healthcare. Responsible for the management, coordination, communication, and scheduling of all services necessary to ensure the effective data center operations, backups, triage and documentation. Provides leadership and management for the activities of Information Services and non-Information Services personnel to ensure the reliability and availability of Scottsdale Healthcare computer based information processing resources, daily backup of existing system files and data bases, processing of day end system routines, management and implementation of all computer hardware upgrades necessary to maintain computer processing. The position has direct responsibility for the management of data center and staff thereof inclusive of any leased or Co-Lo space as may be applicable.

Bachelors Degree in IS or related field
