The Manager, IT Process and Change Control will synchronize the business change control processes with the IT general change controls (in Trackwise and QDCS), SAP specific change controls (Solution Manager), and ITSM change controls (ServiceNow). This position interacts with each IT department head to make sure their processes are accurate and harmonized with other related processes (within and outside IT). This position gets specific content from IT department heads and authors IT Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. This position will also supervise the IT change control meetings and assure "Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions" are resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitor business and IT Standard Operating Procedures regarding change control and harmonize where necessary
- Liaison with IT directors to define change control processes
- Host meetings where change controls are discussed and planned
- Manage documentation required for change control processes
- Assure change control records are kept in "ServiceNow" application
Required Experience & Technical Requirements
8+ years of relevant experince. This position requires knowledge of validated change control processes. Technical writing and editing skills are a must. This position should be familiar with information technology hardware and software environments and understand the steps necessary to implement changes to those environments.
