The Microsoft CRM Administrator is responsible for the administration of the Company’s Microsoft Dynamic CRM systems and working with CRM developers in the design and development of Microsoft Dynamic CRM user interfaces, workflows, plug-ins, and reports. The Microsoft CRM Administrator will work with business users in gathering their business requirements and developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2011. The CRM Administrator will also work with the Data Warehouse Development Team and Decision Support Group to support CRM reporting through BusinessObjects.

The Microsoft CRM Administrator/Developer’s CRM administration responsibilities include:

Installing the Microsoft CRM software

Configuring the Microsoft CRM software

Maintaining the Microsoft CRM software

Upgrading the Microsoft CRM software

Administering user security

Providing users with technical support

The Microsoft CRM Administrator CRM development responsibilities include:

Gathering business requirements

Assisting CRM development team in the preparation of functional and technical specifications

Performing development work using the CRM application interface

Assisting in the development of CRM POC prototypes

Deploying development work

Assisting CRM development team in the documentation of development work

Working with CRM developers on all aspects of the SDLC

Following Microsoft CRM development best practices.

This position interacts with the appropriate business functions, end-users, business process teams, IT teams, and consultants. The Microsoft CRM Administrator works collaboratively within the enterprise to ensure that the CRM implementation is aligned with the businesses’ needs.

Required Skills

Required Experience

College degree in Computer Science; or equivalent experience

Strong proficiency and experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM 4.0 and 2011

Minimum five years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamic CRM

Minimum five years of experience working with developers on Microsoft CRM customizations including the development of modules, plug-ins, user interfaces, workflows, and reports

Minimum five years experience working with Microsoft SQL Server databases

Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamic CRM 4.0 and 2011 systems

Experience installing and supporting the Microsoft Dynamic CRM outlook client

Strong proficiency analyzing business process and translating them into effective CRM solutions

Programming and development experience using Visual Studio with .Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, C#, SQL using the Microsoft Dynamic CRM SDK, developing web services beneficial

Must have ability to work with business users gathering requirements, translating those requirements into a technical solution acceptable to business users

Possess a project oriented approach to CRM design and development work

Working knowledge of MS Office products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project

Requires excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to manage a heavy workload and achieve results while meeting project deadlines with minimal supervision

Must be a team player
