ARINC’s Defense Systems Engineering & Support Division in Fairview Heights, Illinois is looking for a MS Project Server Administrator to support our Command Control Systems and Services Division (C2S2). The ideal candidate will provide centralized scheduling and cost analysis support for multiple command and control programs. Work directly with ARINC System Project Managers to construct and manage the AMC (Air Mobility Command)'s enterprise development and implement the project schedules.
Other duties will include the following:
Act as the primary Functional System Administrator for Project Server (Web Access) and ensure progress updates are provided on a weekly basis.
Work directly with the customer providing periodic schedule reports and metrics as needed.
Keep the customer informed as to progress, risks and issues that may impact schedule or requirements.
Work closely with ARINC SPMs in planning/updating issues that may impact schedule or requirements and planning/updating release schedules.
Implement and administer MS Project Server in a military organization; develop automated reports, such as an Integrated Master Schedule, from multiple projects that are published in Project Server; develop and maintain dashboards and reports; work with end-users to optimize the use of MS Project Professional and all aspects of Project Server capabilities.

Qualifications Required Experience: Must have at least three (8) years' experience with Microsoft Project Server and Project Web Access as a Project/Program Scheduler.
Other qualifications needed:
Must have experience in implementing and administering Microsoft Project Server 2010 to include Business Intelligence and SharePoint environments.
Experience understanding end-user business perspective.
Experience in design, development, testing and evaluation of computer based systems.
Possess specific experience in the use of current tools and techniques applied to the quality assurance, test and evaluation of hardware and software integration.
Ability to trouble shoot, administer and coordinate the various elements of this software.

Desired Experience: Experience working in government organization is a plus. Ability to extend MS Project Server environment to interface with external systems for importing data electronically into projects is a plus. Familiarity with Air Mobility Command C2 Systems desirable (GDSS, ACFP, CAMPS, GATES.
Education/Certification Requirements: Master's degree preferred. Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Project and Project Server: Microsoft Project Server 2010, Configuration (Exam 70-177) recommended. Amount of Travel Required for Position 0%-25%
