Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
The position requires three equivalent years of experience in analysis and technical management.
We are seeking multiple highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to work closely with our Government client. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, analytical skills and the capability to lead or principally contribute to some of the largest and most difficult studies that the Company undertakes. Additionally, experience in the following areas is required:
• Life cycle cost estimate development and documentation
• Cost estimating methodologies, relationships and model development
• Cost databases (including data collection, validation and normalization techniques)
• Risk analysis
• Estimate-at-completion (EAC) development
• Business case, net present value and cost benefit analysis
Experience preparing cost estimates and budgets for major Department of Defense (DoD) programs and Navy submarine or missile programs is highly desirable. Proficiency in ACEIT, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Crystal Ball is a plus.
The ability to obtain and maintain the proper clearance is required.
Responsibilities include conducting cost analyses in support of Analyses of Alternatives (AoA), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), trade studies, and cost analyses for government clients, providing analytical support for reporting requirements, financial analysis and budget, program controls, requirements development, and planning implementation for government programs.
