The Proofpoint Account Management Team is responsible for driving growth in Proofpoint's installed base. We are currently looking for a motivated rep with market experience to manage a subset of mid-enterprise accounts. This person will be responsible driving customer satisfaction, portfolio awareness, and ultimately revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:
  • Drive add-on growth through a positive, high-touch customer experience
  • Be an industry expert
  • Present the entire Proofpoint portfolio to current customers
  • Whitespace planning
  • Prepare and execute a thorough business plan
  • Recruit, hire, and train Account Managers
  • Maintain quality with respect to rep/customer interactions
  • Prepare and present team forecast to sales management
  • Maintain internal partnerships with various business units
  • Strategically plan for current and next quarter success
  • Follow through on planned marketing events for the installed base
  • Participate a Proofpoint's positive culture
