The Military Inbound Coordinator handles all aspects of inbound shipments for government employees, including move management of shipments, coordination with various parties and billing.
Require high school diploma, prefer some college classes in accounting and/or business
- Pay - hourly wage - amount will depend upon experience
- Hours - Monday through Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Minimum 2 years office experience, prefer moving industry experience
Ability to acquire US Government security clearance
Require basic internet knowledge – email correspondence
Minimum 50 WPM typing
10 key by touch
Excellent attention to detail required
Good customer service and phone skills
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Front office appearance
Ability to handle difficult or emotional customers
Handle stress with a smile!
