This position will manage the process of recruiting, selecting and hiring employees for positions in various roles among several business units within Caterpillar. Specifically, the position will lead a team to develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates currently in the military or with previous military experience. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive military recruitment strategy to deliver a high quality recruiting service to partners, so customer focus is required. The hiring needs cover the business across the U.S. and focus on experienced outside hires. Leadership is a key differentiator in this role, so ability to set a vision, execute to results, and build an engaged team are critical competencies.
- College or university degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of HR or related experience
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience or in the field of talent management
Relocation is available.
