Job Description:
Support of users via remote desktop

Strong Blackberry/iOS/Mobility support . BES provisioning experience. End user device troubleshooting expertise

Activesync support. End user device configuration and troubleshooting experience

Monitor the Service Desk inbox Pool during set hours

Take corrective action for all incoming tickets (e.g. priority, detail adjustment, etc.)

Continual evaluation of available resources and Assign tickets to available resources

Accountable for P1 and P2 ticket closure against SLA

Provide general installation and configuration of desktop and laptop systems.

Troubleshoot and break/fix systems and applications installed on standard and non-standard desktop and laptop systems

Coordinate, diagnose and troubleshoots incoming employee calls

Develop and maintain documentation for procedures and processes for the team

Required Skills

Required Experience

Required Experience:
Comfort level workings with basic windows file structure, event logs, etc.

Comfortable reaching out to end users via phone to resolve technical issues

Ability to adjust to new applications/support procedures quickly

Ability to multitask – troubleshoot and work with multiple users simultaneously

Microsoft Office suite; troubleshooting/diagnostic skills

Outlook troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
