As a Mobility Architecture Analyst you will be the primary point of contact for all activities related to the Rich's Mobility program. As the subject matter expert, will influence a corporate wide mobility strategy. Responsible for the continued maturation of the program and exploitation of mobility technologies and applications within the business. Implement tactical objectives and provide consultative guidance on the day to day mobility support activities provided by the service desk.


Coordinate, guide and influence the direction of all mobility services, apps, and support activities.

Align with departments such as Human Resources, Legal, Finance and other departments to create and / or support updated mobile device policies and expense reporting.

Work closely with the I.S. Security team to understand, implement, and support security initiatives

Maintain detailed and up to date documentation of all mobility standards, operations, policies, vendor contracts, costs, services, support numbers, contacts, and account numbers

Become the resident subject matter expert when it comes to licensing, compliance and capacity management for Mobility related services.


Fulfill a liaison role between the end users of mobility services and the various IS teams including, infrastructure, demand fulfillment, BI, application development, and architecture.

Document, recommend and communicate how mobile technologies can benefit the company.

Create, present and maintain a balanced score card reporting on a set of predefined key performance indicators.


Work closely with the various IS teams & vendors to ensure new mobility solutions leverage existing architecture and follow standard processes.

Coordinate and / or conduct the testing and evaluation of new mobile technologies, and apps.

Create / update, implement and communicate improved process flows for mobile apps, & services.

Work with various IS teams to coordinate mobility system upgrades as needed.


Champion the exploitation of mobility related technologies and applications across the enterprise

Lead the maturation and direction of end-user training and / or support.

Participate in the development of a three year mobility strategy.

Coordinate the rollout of new mobile technologies, vendor changes, device changes, etc. using standard project management tools, techniques and RPC processes.


Lead role in the negotiation of vendor contracts and rate structures.

Evaluate and recommend new vendors and vendor services as required including mobility expense management and support services.

All other Mobility related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What do I need to be considered a candidate?
Associates degree in IT, Business, MIS or related field with 3 years related experience or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, MIS or related field with 1 year's related experience.

Minimum one to years' experience working with and supporting mobile technologies, applications and/or application development.

In-depth experience in contemporary mobile application development and deployment technologies.

Working knowledge of Apple mobile device systems including iPhones and iPads.

Experience providing a high level of customer service and follow through on tasks.

Highly organized and have the ability to assemble and organize large amounts of data from a wide variety of sources.

Self-directed problem solver with a passion for process improvement.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written/verbal) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of associates across multiple divisions at different organizational levels.

Strong PC Skills, proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PwrPt, Project, Visio).

Strong business analyst & influencing skills.

Ability to travel (up to 20%) by air and ground to support project, and relationship management.
