The North American team for the Accenture Mobility Sales & Consulting organization is looking for mobility leaders to help us expand our business by supporting our clients in navigating the complex issues associated with using mobility to meet their business and consumer needs.
Accenture Mobility Services is looking for new colleagues to work on our overall mobility.
Specific responsibilities include:
Mobility Financial Services Sales and Consulting Senior Manager supporting North American FS clients
Responsible for developing and supporting the sales plan (Playbook) and executing it, along with contributing and managing the sales pipeline
Responsible for identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and closing all mobile payment opportunities assigned to them
Work closely with the Accenture Client teams to understand their business process improvement initiatives and CIO agenda to effectively tailor our messaging and bundle our mobility offering into client/industry-relevant solutions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development or consulting pertaining to mobile solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Experience in sales, business development or consulting pertaining to mobile solutions specifically within the Financial Services sector
Experience leading teams, preferably in the sales process
Experience working with a top tier consulting firm, or major US banking, payments, capital markets and/or insurance company
Background and understanding of mobility
Understanding of Accenture (how we operate & go to market)
Professional Skills Requirements:
Thorough understanding of the Financial Services industry landscape (key clients, trends and challenges in the industry)
Proven ability to sell (identify/create leads, qualify, develop value prop, develop sales materials, credible/confident in front of account teams and clients, ability to prioritize and identify winning opportunities)
Ability to work as part of a team and support other team members as needed
Executive presence and excellent communication skills (attention to detail, reliable follow-up, provides status updates, etc.)
