Imagine One has an immediate opening for an aggressive Analyst who will work as part of a multidisciplinary team on technical issues, development and problem solving tasks supporting the Aircraft Carrier Program Office (PMS 312) within the Program Executive Office (PEO), Aircraft Carriers at the Washington Navy Yard. Must be willing to take on assignments which span the entire Aircraft Carrier life-cycle management process.
Responsibilities include collecting, assessing, distributing, tracking and staffing completion of Program Office commitments with both internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating preparation for supporting, and preparing detailed minutes and action items for major Program Office sponsored forums
Assisting the Modernization Manager in coordinating the technical review of Aircraft Carrier ship changes as well as supporting related meetings and conferences such as the monthly Configuration Control Board
Providing other administrative support to Program Office personnel as requested.
Prior Naval experience a plus
Bachelors degree majoring in science or engineering preferred
Significant experience in lieu of degree will be considered
U.S. Citizenship required
Active DoD clearance (Failure to transfer an active DoD security clearance to Imagine One; maintain favorable clearance status; or, comply with security requirements to gain and/or maintain employment could result in termination.)
