Key role in driving Pulte Mortgage’s strategic goals and objectives
Responsible for providing ongoing support and subject matter expertise for strategic Pulte Mortgage Field and Marketing initiatives in the areas of marketing, process design, training, communication, and performance measurement.
Interacts with multiple levels within Pulte Homes (Field and Corporate) and Pulte Mortgage (Field and Corporate).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement new national Field processes, tools and communications to support the Field organization
Coordinate and facilitate development and delivery of national consumer marketing materials.
Support campaigns and promotions
Assist with design and development of training curriculums and materials, serving as a subject matter expert when appropriate
Measure adoption and effectiveness of newly implemented initiatives
Perform other job-related functions as assigned
Background and Experience Required
5+ years experience as a consultant or business analyst, or related background and significant sales experience (mortgage industry preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to structure messaging for a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to create and deliver quality presentations
Ability to plan and facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders
Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
Ability to develop and prepare business analyses and plans
Ability to coordinate completion of deliverables among multiple, dispersed subject matter experts
Background or experience with Marketing programs and campaigns
Experience in the mortgage and/or new home construction industries is a plus
Experience with developing and/or implementing training programs is a plus
Experience with developing and/or implementing organizational communication programs is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or Business Administration or equivalent
Min 5 – 7 years exp
Specific experience in the development of IS strategy and the implementation of enterprise-wide standards.
Knowledge of principles and techniques of information processing related to IS, strategic planning, or financial management.
Strong knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques.
Strong project and people management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to examine business processes from IS and business perspective and translate business needs into system requirements.
Ability to lead and facilitate effective consensus-building meetings.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
