As a Help Desk Analyst, you are a member of PNC's Mortgage Servicing organization.


PNC's Mortgage Production Support Help Desk operations are among the leading in their field. You will be based in




, where you will work with imPACT! and other Mortgage applications.

You will report to an Operations Supervisor. Your 40 hours per week will include 4-5 shifts Monday through Friday between 7:30 am to 8:00 pm ET

and Saturdays 9 AM - 3 PM. Within the day, there will be an ebb and flow of activity, with a pace set by caller needs, monthly closing cycles and market conditions. In your role, you will draw upon your strong customer service skills, ability to identify and resolve issues quickly, and your ability to work well within a team.

Your responsibilities include:

Providing top quality service to our mortgage branch callers; supporting the mortgage branches through the changes in processes and software


Sharing your knowledge of the mortgage process with our employees in the field

Minimum qualifications



An Associates’ degree or equivalent in mortgage experience


Problem resolution skills. Be able to provide customer support and resolve common questions associated with Mortgage origination and production


Ability to work as part of a team


Ability to work with technology as tools to assist with the issue resolution


Ability to learn through online courses as well as instructor led and on the job training
