Seterus, Inc. is seeking a Licensing Analyst who will assist the License Project Manager with annual license renewals, Secretary of State filings, SAFE officer license applications and renewals; and Call Reports and new license applications and other related projects as required. Skills Environment: In-depth knowledge of functional principles and concepts of large system as well as specific knowledge of such functions as personnel, engineering, finance, etc. as they relate to assignment. Requires related work experience. Communication/Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to interface with all levels of location management as well as other locations to ensure the integration of location's projects into the total system. Negotiations are difficult and require tact and diplomacy. Occasional customer contacts to explain systems applications. Problem Solving: Unusually high degree of analytical ability in definition of problems and application of functional theory. Uses a high level of ingenuity to plan, coordinate and integrate established systems and to develop new and improved methods of analysis/problem solving. Contribution/Leadership: Provides technical direction to department personnel as well as for the interpretation of guidelines/procedures affecting major functional systems applications. Exercises cost control by optimizing design usage for location and by economic justification of new methods/systems/procedures. Impact on Business/Scope: Develops the specifications for a large location's functional systems and procedures projects. Decisions affect the operations of a major function. Accountable for schedule, cost, quality and customer satisfaction of systems, procedures and processes within team or department objectives. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 2 years license experience and knowledge of NMLS High School Diploma

- At least 2 years experience in license experience
- Basic knowledge in NMLS
- Readiness to travel 10% travel annually
- English: Fluent
