Post by Jobing - New Mexico Bank & Trust is seeking experienced retail mortgage loan processors for its Albuquerque location. The individual will be responsible for processing mortgage loan applications, working closely with the Loan Officer, borrower(s) and closing agents to ensure that loans are processed accurately and closed in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include obtaining information from the borrower, analyzing the documentation to ensure that it meets underwriting criteria, and interacting with the underwriting and closing department to get the loan closed.New Mexico Bank & Trust is a member of Heartland Financial USA, Inc., Heartland Financial is a $4.0 billion diversified financial services company providing banking, mortgage, wealth management, insurance and consumer finance services to individuals and businesses. The individual must have knowledge of FHA, VA and Agency product guidelines, as well as state and federal regulatory requirements.The individual must have 3+ years of experience processing mortgage loans. Experience with DU and LP is necessary.Requirements include a detailed knowledge of loan processing and mortgage compliance, advanced problem solving skills, excellent organizational, verbal and written skills. The ability to work with multiple priorities under pressure; while meeting critical deadlines with quality work is required. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills.
