Title: Mortgage Recruiter

Location: Anaheim, CA

Candidates in this position will be spokesperson and serve as the first impression image for the Company. The Mortgage Recruiter actively source, screen, and introduce potential mortgage candidates to hiring managers for the Company. The Mortgage Recruiter will provide full-cycle mortgage recruitment strategies for the Company’s growing mortgage division.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Actively prescreen potential mortgage candidates' resumes and coordinator interviews with hiring managers

  • Input, maintain and track all aspects of candidates’ selection activities

    Initiate background checks and monitor progress as needed

  • Generate offer letters and prepare new hire files for onboarding

  • Posts jobs requisitions on various internal and external job boards in addition to all social media outlets

  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs

  • Ensure compliance in CashCall Recruitment strategies

  • Maintain professional relationship with city, college, and community placement offices

  • Assist with developing various weekly and monthly Mortgage Recruitment Reports

  • Maintain manager and employee confidence and protect reputations by keeping information confidential

  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to the mortgage profession

  • Quickly to absorb the knowledge, understanding, and compliance with CashCall policies and procedures

  • Proactively make recommendations to implement improved processes

  • Assist with Mortgage New Hire Orientation presentation, paperwork and documentation as needed

  • Assign, monitor, and develop effective access cards setup documentation as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned by managemen

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff.

  • Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

  • 3-5 years of Mortgage Recruiting experience in a high volume call center environment preferred

  • Recruiting experience within the financial services industry preferred: Mortgage Loan Origination

  • Strong understanding of Mortgage Licensing requirements

  • Working Knowledge and experience working on UltiPro Recruitment Gateway preferred
