The Move-In Coordinator coordinates, develops, and maintains compliance in the areas of asset management, Medicaid processes, and tenant certification/ move-in.
Ensures systems are accurate, efficient, and in accordance with regulatory agencies. The Move In Coordinator is also well versed in the ‘marketing/sales’ and ‘business office’ components.
The successful candidate will have:

- Solid computer skills
- Strong Attention to detail required.
- Experience Prior experience in marketing / sales activities and/or bookkeeping for the senior population is preferred.
