Monitronics International, a subsidiary of Ascent Capital Group, is looking for an outbound representative to join their Moves team.
The Moves Outbound Representative maximizes every opportunity to re-establish exceptional customer service.
Ideal candidate will have:
One year minimum of sales/retention/soft collections/customer service experience
Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listen and get clarification; Respond well to questions. Demonstrates an ability to think quickly on their feet.
Must be able to successfully pass outbound sales test and typing test
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Makes outbound calls to customers that have requested to cancel service that have moved or are planning to move
Resolves complex process issues from other departments
Probes to identify move candidates/prospects, persuasively negotiate contracts with available tools rate reduction, new terms, and up to $800 in monitoring equipment).
Renegotiates with irate callers due to Dealer recommendations
Makes contract renegotiation decisions based on company policies and procedures
Utilizes Monitronics approved tools (service, credit, rate reduction) to continue RMR (reoccurring monthly revenue)
Meets productivity standards and ensures that team goals are exceeded
Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives
