Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
? Manage project plan and the tracking and updating of the integrated project plan
? Work with workstream PMs to update plan, identify issues/bottlenecks that hamper program progress
? Provide status against plan on a weekly basis
? Provide reporting against plan to PMO and program leads on a weekly basis
Secondary Responsibilities
? Manage and support activities and deliverables of the da Vinci program at the PMO level
Skills and Capabilities Required
? Extensive experience with MS Project
? Large scale ERP implementation experience required
? Large, cross functional project management experience desired
? Excellent Program Mgmt experience 5+ years
? Strong organization & communications skills
? Service oriented
? Capable of coordinating activities across multiple groups
? Able to be flexible working in a fast paced team environment
? Able to manage in a cross functional and matrixed role working across the business and IT in a multi vendor environment
? Strong collaboration & influencing skills
? Understanding of finance function & context (not just an IT project driven by schedule & tasks)
