Required to possess expertise using MS Project. MS Project Server 2010 experience highly preferred
Executes and oversees for all daily and weekly IMS Updates (per the RFP must include key tasks, milestones, resources, deliverables and task dependencies).
Conducts daily in MS Project resource pool maintenance for detailed task assignments, conduct daily project plan maintenance for resource updates, task assignments, changes in scope, dependencies, entering risk and issue mitigation and resolution actions, etc.
Performs weekly posting of project actuals by resource/task assignments for progress and status updates, weekly reconciliation and analysis of start/finish dates work and schedule variance by task/activity/milestone for project status, trend analysis, and metrics generation.
Reconciles and analyzes in MS Project resource and team usage and availability for project status, trend analysis, metrics generation, and staffing plan input, report trend and progress analysis based on detailed IMS for weekly reporting, progressive elaboration and further definition and detailed refinement of IMS throughout the life of the contract
