We're looking for a bright and energetic Mudder Services Associate to assist the Tough Mudder Customer Service department in addressing any and all inquiries related to Customer Experience at Tough Mudder. The role requires a forward strategic thinker who will strive to improve pre and post event communication and customer service process and systems. This role will report directly to the Head of Mudder Services and will be responsible for every day customer service related tasks and work with other functional areas on a number of key initiatives to improve overall customer experience and customer satisfaction.
Direct customer communications, responding to all transactional Tough Mudder email inquiries. Highlighting key issues with our pre and post event production Create and deliver customer projects to implement within Mudder Services Provide exceptional service to our customers
Strong people skills. We need someone who values people, relationships and will make a personal connection with Tough Mudder’s customers - mindset that this is more than a job. This person needs to have a innate sense of respect and care for our customers . Able to prioritize work, set expectations and adhere to deadlines. Needs to have an understanding of which customer issues should be prioritized and dealt with first. Organized & highly detailed oriented. Has the ability to create system to keep track of work load and/or multiple projects. Must be a problem solver and display ability to flag issues before they arise and create innovative ways to meet customer needs. Creativity is a must. Excellent written, verbal & communication skills. Must be able to write, type and speak to our customers , as a representative of TMHQ. Comfortable with temp-to-perm position.
1-2 years of relevant customer communications experience. A recent, eager college grad. Someone who is looking to build their career with a fast-paced company like Tough Mudder. Bachelors degree required.
