Camden Operations is looking for a self-motivated uniquely talented and financially diverse leader. Develops costs reports reflecting estimates at completion and associated cost appropriate information and variance analysis, on each job order, ensuring management and the customer has a thorough understanding of the current position. Responsible for any Government cost reports. Manager is responsible for programs within the MLRS (Multiple Launcher Rocket Systems),AMD (Air & Missile Defense) and International program areas.

Responsible for supporting the Dallas Program Management, Camden Product and Functional Management to meet overall Program and Company Objectives by providing accurate and timely cost performance analysis and overall financial support.

Proactively identify and resolve issues. Responsible for the day-to-day financial leadership of a team of several Financial Analysts. Must have a strong financial background with demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team that is responsible for the following: Set up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. EVMS oversight and management. Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled. Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.

Manager must provide strategic direction in recommending solutions to financial issues. Contract performance responsibility from proposal development support through contract closeout.

Responsible for the development, coordination and presentation of the Grassroots EAC for MLRS FFP Contracts and supporting CSR development. Ensure quarterly that all financial deliverables are completed on time, and ensure an accurate final EAC/CSR presentation. Manager is also responsible for the development of the Grassroots EAC for AMD (PAC3 and THAAD) as well as International Contracts.

Leadership responsibilities will include providing an inclusive environment, recruitment, talent management (including career development), performance assessment and identifying growth opportunities for team members through the application of the Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives.

Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements and ability to obtain a Secret clearance for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications
Individual must possess strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, ability to create an inclusive teaming environment.
Strong financial experience in Financial Analysis, Budget Management, CSR (Contract Status Reviews), Estimating, Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with financial planning and analysis functions, as well as cost estimating/new business capture process.
Excellence communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of Internal and External Customers.
Strategic and analytical thinker able to transfer vision into tactical objectives. Requires a high degree of motivation and proactive approach to decision making.
The leader must provide strategic direction in recommending solutions to financial issues.
