Senior Vice President, Multi State Markets

We want you to help us grow our revenue base in multiple states. Join the team of national professionals offering appraisal, title and closing services throughout the United States with our recent local expansion in Texas and Florida. Job responsibilities will include establishing and implementing the sales and marketing plan to offer products and services to the following constituents:
- Realtors – national, state or local
- Lenders, multi state – originations
- Lenders, multi state - default
Our team is innovative and works in a highly automated workflow environment, allowing our employees to focus on exception management, and customer service. We are looking for an individual who has worked for organizations in the past to build their skills, but are now ready to take the leadership role in leading the team that as we expand our efforts throughout several states through specific local market presence.
Minimum 5 years experience in sales to Realtors for title and closing services. Alternative experience with mortgage lenders, originations or servicing, vendor management companies, or title agencies with management experience will be considered. Direct supervisory experience is necessary, with experience in managing remote locations a plus. Proven success with sales and marketing a must, and exceptional time management and organizational skills are necessary for success. Budget and P&L experience preferred. Must be tech savvy, there will only be more technology to come, not less.
