Barbaricum seeks a Multimedia Specialist to support a Department of Energy client on a comprehensive energy efficiency communications program. The incumbent possesses knowledge of multimedia software, understanding of system requirements and compatibility for program operation. Ability to interview, plan and resolve needs of the customer and being able to flowchart and document the requirements to process projects. Writes and distributes information products and provides responses to queries. Organizes press conferences and media training. Good artistic skills with analytical ability and judgment. Works with CAD engineers to import and export CAD models. Knowledge of system requirements and compatibility for program operation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field with emphasis on multimedia, digital imaging
  • Eight (8) or more years of experience as a multimedia specialist
